Scot Muncher began working in commercial building security nearly three decades ago in Alabama, and founded 1PointUSA in 2011 to serve the greater Birmingham market. Since beginning, the company has established customers across the state of Alabama.

   Our core business philosophy is centered on long-term relationships and service after installation. The strategy for the company is to maintain great customer relationships; in part by only growing at a rate that allows for maintenance of these relationships. Many customers are still with with 1PointUSA from the beginning, and our wish is for new customers to count on us for the long-term.

   This business philosophy is introduced to every employee, and instilled during their tenure with the company. More than repair technicians or troubleshooters; they are trained to provide counsel with regard to Customer needs, and 1PointUSA technicians are provided ongoing, factory training and certification for our business.
